The Visit from Sanofi Aventis

On March 4^th, the top managers and scientists from Sanofi Aventis visited Shanghai Institutes of Biochemistry and Cell Biology (SIBCB), and presented their scientific reports in the research areas of the global discovery, thrombosis and angiogenesis and proteomics. The Sanofi Aventis delegation particularly interested in the projects run by several PIs from IBCB and showed great interest in joint application for scientific research programs. The Sanofi Aventis delegation also visited the Chemistry Biology Core facility later in the day. Both sides hoped to start scientific cooperation as soon as possible.
