In 23-24 of April 2015, the CAS-NWO workshop on Stem Cell Research was opened in Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology (SIBCB) by Prof. JING Naihe, the chairman of the workshop. The workshop was initiated and organized by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and the Netherlands organization for Scientific Research (NWO). SIBCB undertook and arranged the program for scientists from China and Netherlands to present their interesting research work, to discuss and the laboratory tour. More than 100 scientists and students who working on the stem cell participated in the workshop.
