Assistant and Associate Investigator Positions

        4~6 openings of assistant and associate investigator are available immediately in Shanghai Center for Comprehensive Protein Science (SCPS) which is in the process of establishment. The successful candidates are responsible for the setting up, daily running and maintenance of five synchrotron beamlines in Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility, as well as scientific investigation by protein crystallography. Successful candidates shall meet the following requirements:

        1. Ph.D or equivalent in nuclear physics, high energy physics, protein crystallography, computational science and automation. The candidates for associate investigator shall have 2 years or above post doctoral research experience. Experience with synchrotron radiation facility is highly desirable;

        2. The candidates shall be fluent and professional in oral and written English, able to present research results in lecture and publication;

        3. Must be able to work as a team and maintain happy relationships between collaborators and colleagues, enjoy working hard and appreciate high competitive working environment;

        4. Associate Investigator candidates shall have strong publication record.
