Two Research Associate/Assistant Professor positions and two Postdoctoral Associate positions are currently available in the laboratory of Dr. Jianping Ding at the Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The Ding Lab is interested in the studies of structures, functions, and molecular mechanisms of proteins and protein complexes involved in the regulation of gene expression in eukaryotes at various levels using structural biology in combination with biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, and other biological and biophysical approaches. Qualifications and requirements:
(1) Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, or other related fields;
(2) Strong senses of responsibility, creativity, independence, and motivation;
(3) Excellence in English;
(4) Team-work spirit and good communication skills;
(5) Open to learning new knowledge and techniques.
Salary range: Commensurate with qualifications.
